This Privacy Policy explains what information Quran Mentor Academy (“we”, “us”) collects when you use quranmentor.online, why we collect it and what choices you have.

- Information you give us. When you book a free trial or use the contact form we receive your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, the course you are interested in, your preferred class time and any message you write. If you message us on WhatsApp or email, we receive what you send.
- Usage information. We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used, for example which pages are visited, the device and browser type, the approximate location (country or city) and which buttons are clicked. This data is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Your location in our tools. The Qibla finder and prayer times tools can use your device location if you allow it. The Qibla is calculated in your browser and we do not send your precise location to our servers or store it.
How we use information
- To reply to your enquiry, schedule your free trial class and contact you about classes.
- To provide our lessons, plans and support, and to handle payments and refunds.
- To improve the website, its content and its tools.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam.
Services we use
We use trusted third-party services to run the website and our classes: Formspree to receive form submissions, Google Analytics for website statistics, Google Fonts for typefaces, WhatsApp for messaging, Zoom for online classes and payment providers such as PayPal or card processors for payments. These providers process information under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
Google Analytics uses cookies to measure website usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can use Google’s opt-out tools. The website works without them.
Children’s privacy
We teach children, but the website is aimed at parents and guardians. Please let a parent or guardian book classes for a child. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through the website. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
How long we keep information
We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you, provide classes and meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete it earlier at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it or delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. If you live in the UK, the European Economic Area or another region with data protection laws, you may have additional rights under those laws.
Security
The website uses HTTPS. No online service is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us.
