These Terms of Service apply to your use of quranmentor.online and to the online Quran classes offered by Quran Mentor Academy (“we”, “us”). By using the website or booking a class you agree to these terms.
Our services
We provide one-to-one online classes in Noorani Qaida, Quran reading, Tajweed, Hifz and related subjects for children and adults, taught by our teachers over Zoom. We also offer free tools and resources on the website.
Free trial class
The free trial class is offered with no commitment and no payment. We contact you to schedule it. You are under no obligation to enrol afterwards.
Plans and payment
Paid plans, their prices and what they include are shown on our pricing page. Prices are shown per month. We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal and bank transfers. We may change prices or plans, and any change applies to payments made after the change.
Refunds
Paid plans come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, contact us within that period at officialquranmentor@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +1 929-219-1182.
Scheduling and teachers
You can reschedule a class with 24 hours’ notice at no charge. You can ask to change your teacher at any time. We will do our best to keep to the agreed schedule, but classes may occasionally need to be moved because of illness or technical problems.
Parents and guardians
Children should be supervised by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for providing a suitable device, internet connection and a quiet place for lessons.
Acceptable use
Please be respectful to teachers and other students. Do not record lessons without permission, share class links with others or misuse the website, forms or tools.
Free tools and religious guidance
Our Qibla finder, prayer times, Islamic calendar and other tools are provided as a convenience and may contain inaccuracies. For important religious matters, such as sighting the moon or prayer in special situations, please consult a qualified scholar or your local mosque.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, design and images, belongs to Quran Mentor Academy or its licensors. You may use it for personal, non-commercial learning, but you may not copy or republish it without our permission.
Limitation of liability
We provide the website and tools “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed.
